The Yoga of Contentment 2012

I'm excited to share with you news of a four-week yoga and meditation course I will offer in January called the Yoga of Contentment.

In this course we'll explore ways to cultivate a life brimming with happiness, wisdom, equanimity and love. Our tools will be movement, stillness, breath and contemplation. During our time together we will consider ways of living that cultivate greater contentment and ease in our lives.

The class will meet at Music Moves Studio (310 Marion Avenue) on January 3, 10, 17 and 24, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM. The fee for the class will be $45, and a check sent to me will secure a spot in the class. The session will include handouts and homework (optional, of course!), and, as always, a warm and supportive community.

The course will be structured in a way that feels welcoming and accessible to absolute beginners, refreshing to once-upon-a-time students just returning to the practice, and satisfying to seasoned practitioners who have an ongoing practice.
