We will meet on Monday evenings at 6 PM in the upstairs gallery. Our Spring Meditation series will begin April 17 and will continue for six weeks. If there is enough interest, we will keep right on going through summer and beyond!
My intention is to include instruction, discussion and group practice in our sessions. The gifts of meditation are manifold, and sharing our experiences can help us all stay balanced in our crazy world. I would love to tailor the sessions to the wishes of participants, though, so if you have thoughts about what you would like, please let me know.
Our meditation sessions are offered freely and are open to all. (A donation basket will be left out for those who would like to help support the program.) No registration is required - just show up when you are able.
