Fall Offerings

As we settle into fall, I hope you'll join me in a new season of movement and meditation. New yoga sessions begin this week and next, and you can find all the details on my website's Classes page.

I have delighted in teaching at Kingwood Center Gardens this summer. Thank you so much to all the folks who have made our classes possible, and big thanks to all the new, long-time and long-lost students who have joined me. I hope all of you, like me, have enjoyed watching spring blossom into summer and summer lean toward fall amid all the beautiful flowers.

As the season shifts, our Wednesday morning classes move to another lovely venue - the Mansfield Art Center. Our Thursday evening classes move to the Mansfield Public Library, which is sponsoring free beginning classes for all. And our Monday evening meditation sessions at the Art Center just keep rolling happily along.

Our third Art of Yoga Workshop meets on October 14, and I hope you'll consider joining us as we flow through yoga and then create flowing art in the studio. I'm looking forward to it!

My watchword these recent days has been ease, and I look forward to exploring with you this wise yet elusive way of being in the world. When do we feel most at ease, and when do we not? What mind-shifts help us welcome deeper freedom and effortless being into our lives? And how can we move with ease, breathe with ease, love with ease and be at ease as we move through the world's inevitable joys and sorrows? Together, let's find out!
