Spring and Summer Offerings

Spring is nearly upon us! And that means a new season of yoga and meditation is heading our way.

My spring and summer class schedule is now up on the Classes page of my website. I hope you find something there that inspires you to join me in the coming months as we cultivate balance and wellbeing in body, mind and spirit.

Our Monday night meditation group continues to thrive, and will keep meeting right on through spring and summer (and beyond). We meet at the Mansfield Art Center from 6 to 7 each Monday for discussion, instruction and practice. This group is an absolute delight, and new members are welcome any time.

Wednesday morning yoga shifts to the Mansfield Art Center in March for a four-week session before moving to our spring and summer home at Kingwood Center. We had such a lovely experience last summer exploring Kingwood's many beautifies while practicing yoga together. I am looking forward to being renewed and inspired again by practicing closer to nature in the fresh air of spring.

When we move to Kingwood, our Thursday evening yoga class will return for the spring and summer. Registration through Kingwood Center is now open for both classes, and this year you can enroll online here.

In addition, this spring I am launching a "Yoga &" series of Saturday morning classes at the Mansfield Art Center. These sessions, which will meet once a month or so, will explore the connection between yoga and a range of interests, practices and ways of being in the world.

Our first session, on April 14, will explore Yoga & Essential Oils. Later this spring and summer we'll explore Yoga & Meditation, Yoga & Happiness, and more. I am excited about this new adventure and am looking forward to exploring what happens when we take yoga off our mats and out into the broader world.
