Fall and Winter Classes

Dear Friends -

As we head into our second pandemic fall and winter, I am writing to invite you to join us for ongoing virtual movement and meditation classes. Our community has found the routine of practicing together to be steadying and soothing. We gather, we share, we move and we rest. We keep our bodies and our minds calm and open, despite the many challenges of our world. We cultivate strength and tenderness, and then we head back out into our lives, hoping to share a little light with others.

Our class schedule remains the same, and our Wednesday class has moved back online for the next several months. Classes meet via Zoom on Mondays at 6 PM, Wednesdays at 9 AM and Saturdays at 9 AM (East Coast times). I hope you'll consider joining us, even if you live far away and especially if you are new to mindful movement and meditation practices.

Our sessions are gentle, friendly and open to all. As always, my invitation is to move and rest in ways that work best for you. And that means you can move more, move less, or head off on your own lovely path that feels just right for you. This is one of the benefits of yoga together at home: We practice together, in ways that work best for each of us. It works!
