Mindful Movement, a gentle yoga session with Claudia that focuses on softness, spaciousness and ease. The 75-minute session is offered in five separate tracks that can be combined in a variety of ways to offer several different yoga experiences. Mindful Rest, a quiet, restorative session designed to calm frazzled nerves and soothe stressed-out minds. This one-hour exploration includes several tracks that can be practiced individually or together, including a guided relaxation, breathing-awareness exercises, and a guided meditation.
