I am so happy to share that beginning October 15, our Wednesday morning class returns to the First Congregational Church in Mansfield. Classes meet from 9:15 to 10:30 each week.
We've been gathering together on Wednesday mornings for more than 20 years to cultivate vitality, friendship and joy, and we would love to have you join us. Together we stretch, strengthen, breathe and rest, exploring practices gleaned from yoga, qigong, meditation and other contemplative traditions. Participants are encouraged to tailor the sessions to suit their own needs, and are encouraged to bring a mat, blanket and any other props needed to practice comfortably.
Our Monday evening practice gatherings continue online. We meet from 7 to 8 PM each week via Zoom. Please reach out to me for a link if you would like to attend.
All classes are freely offered and everyone is welcome to join us. I'm looking forward to continuing our exploration of the many gifts of mindful movement and restful stillness together!
