MEDITATION FOR ALL
Mondays from 6 to 7 PM
Ongoing Virtually via Zoom

Join our thriving weekly meditation group as we explore the power of calming the mind and relaxing deeply into the present moment. Together we practice cultivating happiness and peace, even amid the many challenges of life. Our meetings are open to both new and experienced meditators, and include lively discussion, gentle instruction and guided practice. During meditation, practitioners are invited to sit in chairs or on cushions, or even to lie on the ground. 



MINDFUL MOVEMENT
Wednesdays from 9 to 10:30AM

We have been gathering together on Wednesday mornings for more than twenty years to cultivate vitality, peace and friendship. Join us as we stretch, strengthen, breathe and rest, using the principles and practices of yoga and other contemplative traditions. All levels are welcome, and students are encouraged to tailor the sessions to suit their own needs.​

Yoga is more than a set of physical exercises - it is an invitation to cultivate vitality and peace in every moment of our lives. Join us on Saturday mornings for a joyful exploration of the art of yoga, as we nurture health and happiness in body, mind and spirit. Through gentle movement, breathing and meditation, we shed stress, restore energy and nurture wellbeing. All levels of practitioners are welcome, and students are encouraged to tailor the sessions to suit their own needs.

Claudia is available for private yoga and meditation sessions designed to suit your personal needs and interests. If you are looking for individualized guidance, if you have a special need, if you want to study techniques not offered in public classes, or if you need flexibility in scheduling, Claudia is available to offer private and semi-private classes. For eons, this was the only way yoga was taught, allowing the practice to be shared in a particularly potent and personalized way.
