MEDITATION IN THE GALLERY
Mondays from 6 to 7 PM
 Mansfield Art Center

Free and open to all

Explore the power of calming the mind and relaxing into the present moment, in a beautiful setting among friends. Our meetings are open to both new and experienced meditators, and include instruction, discussion and practice. No registration is required - simply join us when you are able. A donation basked is left out for those who would like to contribute, but no payment is required.


YOGA IN THE GARDEN 
Wednesdays from 9 to 10:30AM
Kingwood Center
Eight-week Session beginning August 15

 $40 for the session for Kingwood Center members and $80 for non-members
(Non-members will receive a free Kingwood membership when they enroll)
 ($12 drop-in fee, if space is available)
Registration for this class is through Kingwood Center at 419-522-0211

Join us for a gentle and meditative yoga experience. Weather permitting, classes will be held outside amid the beauty of the gardens (with an indoor location in case of inclement weather). All levels are welcome, and students are encouraged to tailor the sessions to suit their own needs.


UNWIND AMID THE FLOWERS
Thursdays from 5:30 to 6:30 PM
Kingwood Center
Eight-week Session beginning August 16

 $36 for the session for Kingwood Center members and $72 for non-members

 ($11 drop-in fee, if space is available)

Explore movement,  breathing and meditation practices that leave the body clear, the mind calm and the spirit soothed. Weather permitting, classes will be held outside amid the beauty of the gardens (with an indoor location in case of inclement weather). This class will be a beautiful way to slide happily and peacefully into the weekend.



MINDFUL MOVEMENT

Are you looking for ways to stay calm, bright and inspired throughout the fall season and beyond? Please join us as we stretch, strengthen, breathe and rest, using the principles and practices of yoga and other ancient spiritual traditions. All levels are welcome, and students are encouraged to tailor the sessions to suit their own needs.​ A donation basket will be left out for those who would like to contribute, but no payment is required.

Claudia is available for private yoga and meditation sessions designed to suit your personal needs and interests. If you are looking for individualized guidance, if you have a special need, if you want to study techniques not offered in public classes, or if you need flexibility in scheduling, Claudia is available (on a limited basis) to offer private and semi-private classes. For eons, this was the only way yoga was taught, allowing the practice to be shared in a particularly potent and personalized way!
