Most classes continue to meet virtually, which means practitioners near and far are welcome to join us. To participate, you'll need a free Zoom account, a meeting ID and a password. (Contact me if you need help getting set up.) Classes are freely offered to all and donations are gratefully accepted.

In September, our Wednesday morning yoga class will be live and in person in the outside pavilion at the Mansfield Art Center.
 
If you prefer shorter practices that can be explored on your own, please visit At Home in the World, where I offer a broad selection of guided audio practices. These practices last 10 to 30 minutes each, and are gentle, accessible and restorative.

MOVEMENT AND STILLNESS
Mondays from 6 to 7 PM

Join us as we explore the power of freeing the body, calming the mind and relaxing deeply into the present moment. In these sessions, we explore a range of contemplative practices that cultivate ease and happiness even amid the many challenges of life. Our meetings include discussion, gentle movement and meditation, all designed to cultivate deep rest and restoration. All are welcome!


MINDFUL MOVEMENT

We have been gathering together on Wednesday mornings for more than twenty years to cultivate vitality, friendship and delight, and we would love to have you join us. Together we stretch, strengthen, breathe and rest, exploring practices gleaned from yoga, qigong, meditation and other contemplative traditions. All are welcome, and students are encouraged to tailor the sessions to suit their own needs.​ 


BODY, BREATH AND BEING
Saturdays from 9 to 10:30 AM

Join us on Saturday mornings for a joyful exploration of both movement and stillness, as we nurture health and happiness in body, mind and spirit. Through gentle movement, breathing and meditation practices - gleaned from both ancient and modern contemplative traditions - we shed stress, restore energy and cultivate wellbeing. All are welcome, and students are encouraged to tailor the sessions to suit their own needs.

Claudia is available for private yoga and meditation sessions designed to suit your personal needs and interests. If you are looking for individualized guidance, if you have a special need, if you want to study techniques not offered in public classes, or if you need flexibility in scheduling, Claudia is available to offer private and semi-private classes. These smaller gatherings allow the practices to be shared in a potent and personalized way.
