Classes currently meet both virtually and in-person, which means practitioners near and far are welcome to join us. Classes are freely offered to all and donations are gratefully accepted.
If you prefer shorter practices that can be explored on your own, please visit At Home in the World, where I offer a broad selection of guided audio practices. These practices last 10 to 30 minutes each, and are gentle, accessible and restorative.
AN INTRODUCTION TO QIGONG

Join us beginning Monday, May 12, for a four-week introduction to qigong, a gentle practice that combines movement, breathing and meditation in ways that foster vitality and wellbeing. Classes meet from 6 to 7 PM (no class on Monday, May 26). No special props are needed and movements can be practiced standing or seated in a chair. All are welcome!

We have been gathering together on Wednesday mornings for more than twenty years to cultivate vitality, friendship and delight, and we would love to have you join us. Together we stretch, strengthen, breathe and rest, exploring practices gleaned from yoga, qigong, meditation and other contemplative traditions. All are welcome, and students are encouraged to tailor the sessions to suit their own needs.
