Inside Out and Upside Down

I am thrilled to share the news that my book Inside Out and Upside Down has found its way into the world! This collection of essays shares much of what I have learned while exploring the intricacies of triangle pose, the benefits of breathing well, and the balm of meditation.

I feel a deep sense of happiness to finally have all of these essays in one place. I hope that those who read it will find happiness, too, along with a little inspiration, affirmation and wisdom.

Pulling these stories together has not only affirmed my appreciation for the many gifts of yoga, but has also deepened my gratitude for the many wonderful friends I've made along the way. To the teachers who've welcomed me into their yoga classes, to the friends who've plopped down their mats next to mine, and to the students who've wandered into my own classes, thank you. I feel so blessed to share the adventure of yoga and of life with all of you.
